;; My 150-buck earphones are CRACKED UP.
Met the Velouria Team in school today for our FIRST(!) meeting.
Everyone was in school attire.
I was in my hoodies. haha
Shu Chen and I were totally high up in the sky.
:D
Mel Teoh was in Malaysia..
:\
Hope she catches up fast enough (:
2 hours (more like 1.5 hours since we crapped a lot)of planning for our play.
It was quite hard, since saying "I LOVE YOU" directly
is REALLY hard to do.
Especially to Yan Lee.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I mean, his face does not emit the "Say YOU LOVE ME" aura.
hahaha ok not sure how to put it.
Jessica's damn brave luh.
So I'll have to get the SFX up... AGAIN.
haish.
"Great plays are simple, and bad plays are messy. Life sucks because it's so complicated, yet the simple things in life make it so beautiful..." -Me.(:
I suddenly remembered... I have been to the ArtFest before!!!
Aunty Jean and then bf UEK took me and me sister and Sheryl to the Fest at Fort Canning Park. (When I was pretty young, so can't recall much.) Whee~ and we had body paintings, plays, batik, graffiti... wooh~ I do miss the experience. But it's since been more classy and less fun to take part in... so I can't say that I've never really cared about ArtFest before! heehee
Speaking of classy...
I went to the Glass and Brass exhibition, featuring really awesometh cooleth stuffeth wonderfully casted by Philippine artists Ramona Orlina & Michael Cacnio at SMU today.
Like wow.
I mean, WOW.
WOW!
*still speechless and breathless from the amazing experience*
It was so [blank] I couldn't believe it.
And the media was there (or so I think.)
People from the Philippines...
Singaporeans too of course...
Dressed really smartly and [blank] for the occasion.
And I was in a hoodie.
And he was in CROCS!
LOL.
Among all those bigshot people, I felt...
lousy
unfortunate
like crap
POSH!!!
yeah.
(:
Take that, Victoria!
;}
The sculptures were there for exhibition (duh~) and for sale.
My mom wanted me to buy some 5-digit-worth sculpture for her birthday present.
Eat my shoes, mom.
Hahaha
Speaking of money,
I think $2000 a month for singing, dancing, acting and promoting is seriously too little luh.
Like Child Labour.
Not sure how true, so to avoid the Derek Wee scandal I shan't name anything.
I'm also against [blank] doing that,
and I wouldn't wanna be paid that little to do this much.
(It ripped off their Dec Hols lah!)
But since I have been given the opportunity to try out for it, I guess I shall...
I mean, I didn't get the scholarship after all,
it's the least I owe to my parents...
and to myself.
Anyway, it's not like I'm going against my principles or anything...
And it's not illegal or porn,
so I shall just do it.
BE PROFESSIONAL.
*deep breath*
"You don't have to like someone, but at least be professional around them. Do you think I like all the staff in school?" -Mr. L (:
*deep breath*
Go.
