I feel the anxiety attack coming on.
Not tonight, okay? Not tonight.

Doing breathing exercises
Maybe it's just the fact that I haven't been out of the house in 3 days
Maybe I need to ride a swing somewhere
Maybe I need to talk to someone whom I really love
Maybe I'm stressed about the independent project
Maybe I don't trust Adam

I'm feeling better now
Because my problems and worries have solutions and I recognise that
